The concept of forming the organization was basically conceived by Mr. Rahul Kumar Routh and Mrs. Babita Routh, and has worked as Administrator of Operation Blessing India (NGO) for five years. Mr. Rahul Kumar Routh and Mrs. Babita Routh, came in close contact with the people living in Angus, T.B. Hospital Kali Math Area” and observed that no education, not economic scarcity alone but the socio cultural setback of the people, is the root cause of the miseries of their lives.Then they both decided to form an organistion and start a school to give better education to the poor children of this area, not only that they also decided to give proper English education in nominal cost.It is not mere poverty but lack of self-respect, lack of trust in them, lack of human values that are leading them into a tumultuous daily life, wasting their valuable time. Owing to lack of care of the parents , the childhood of the children is wasted partly because of economic hardship and partly due to socio-cultural drawbacks. The dirt and diseases, illiterate adults, tortured women coupled with alcoholism and poverty are causing a server
inhuman condition. The low moral values are directing the situation towards a darker future.This realisation dictated Mr. Rahul Kumar Routh and Mrs. Babita Routh to take up the causes of this disadvantaged and marginalised community to alter their situation by providing knowledge input and value base, generating skill and hope in the community for a better future. And Human Wave was created with this dream for a better future of the underprivileged communities. Subsequently we took up other depriving communities.
