Presently we have about 10 sponsored students. We provide these student Books & Study materials, uniform,
school fees, Tuition fees, sometimes medical treatment etc. They also participate in our other child development
activities like drawing, cultural activities, exposure visit etc. Normally we start sponsorship from early school
age and continue but there are exceptions as well. The drop out can happen from both sides.
We started this programme in 2023. Normally we sponsor children whose parents are working in an
unorganised sector, like mothers are working as a house cleaner and fathers are rickshaw pullers, construction
laborers etc. daily wage earners. In most cases they are 1st. generation learners. Our experience with the
sponsorship program is impressive. It has a strong positive impact on their lifestyle.
