We work in slums where the women are working to save their families. They work for almost 14 hours a day.  Yet they have no rights. They take no decisions for their life.  Their husbands decide what they should do or how they should spend their days.

The husbands are normally addicted or lazy, so the women are shouldering the major responsibilities but have no voice to live their own way or take a decision of their own. The traditional believe systems hold them back to revolt and prompt them to accept the injustice against them.

Under these circumstances we try to make the women realize that they are capable to take right decision using their own knowledge, they can follow their own choice to be happy.

We organize monthly awareness meetings and discuss the life situations and try to find solutions together.

Women Empowerment project has the following components:-

1. We run as Beautician class for makeup and grooming skill generation
2. We run a Tailoring class for garment production skill generation.
3. We run a literacy class for the rural women those who are illiterate.
